ALDO BINMADHI 

Director 

Aldo joined Ringfin to lead the firm's EMEA Private Equity Practice. Prior to joining Ringfin, Aldo worked 8 years in Executive Search for Private Equity, portfolio companies, Venture Capital and Family Offices. 

 

Before this, Aldo spent his early career with a Palo Alto-based consulting firm developing global projects across industries such as ICT, aerospace & defense, and transportation.

 

Aldo is very passionate about travel and sports. He was a member of the National Olympic Committee at the London and Rio games. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian. 

 

He holds a BA in Politics & Economics from Bologna University, an MA in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from King's College London and MA in International Relations from International studies institute in Rome.

CARLA BARRANO

Board Advisor

Carla joined Ringfin as a Board advisor to support and coach the team to reach its full potential.

Carla is well-versed in Asset Management and portfolio analysis. In her current position at the Analytics Business Unit at Nasdaq, Carla helps Institutional Investors and Asset Managers in EMEA and US regions to evaluate the risk and performance of their portfolios to smooth their screening processes and to leverage both qualitative and quantitative criteria in their selections.

 

Carla is a passionate ballet dancer and loves the Opera. She speaks fluent Italian and Spanish. 

 

Carla holds a BSc and MSc in Financial Engineering from Sapienza University (Rome). She also holds a Post-Graduate certificate in International Business from St. Mary's University in Twickenham. Also, she passed the CFA Level 1.

CHADY MINKARA 

Principal Consultant 

Chady joined Ringfin as Principal to lead project management and deliveries.

Prior to joining Ringfin, Chady worked 10 years in sales & marketing for exclusive consumer brands and hospitality. 

 

Chady gained international experience across multiple work locations, including the Middle East, Nordics, and Africa. He is passionate about art, fashion & photography and speaks fluent Norwegian, Swedish, Arabic, and French. 

 

Chady holds a degree in Virtual arts & Communication from the American University in Beirut (AUB). Also, he holds a Diploma in Customer Service & Marketing from the American College in Dubai.

GEORGINA BALCOMBE 

Talent Advisor 

Georgina joined Ringfin to support with her expertise an International recruiter, specialising in Ai & Machine Learning within technology & DeFi. 

Georgina is an advocate to bring more women into tech and she partners with hiring managers to build strong and high performing teams, raise the bar on inclusive processes and drive organisational change for diversity and inclusion. 

Georgina has a passion for arts and fashion. She holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies & History of Art from SOAS and a Certificate in Buying and Merchandising from UAL.

RUCHIRA NEOTIA

Board Advisor

Ruchira joined Ringfin to advise the Board on marketing and commercial strategies. 

 

Ruchira Neotia is a seasoned CMO with a great love for fine wine & spirits and has finally leaned into her passion creating a second career as a FMCG Consultant and wine business entrepreneur. 

Her first career spans more than 18 years as an International marketing & brand leader where she built high performing teams with streamlined functions to grow revenue attribution across a variety of industries, both B2B and B2C with the likes of Microsoft, Apple, American Express, Ascential and now FMCG. She is also an NED and on the Boards of Populo Living and Hope & Homes for Children. She is a proud Liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Marketors.

GIANNINA BOSCHETTI

Operations Manager

Giannina joined our team as an Operations Manager to provide strategic guidance and leverage her extensive experience in international project management.

Giannina has a rich background in operations and project management, having served as a Director at Unilever, where she spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives across Latin America. Her expertise lies in driving efficiency, implementing innovative solutions, business development, and fostering sustainable growth in diverse markets.

Giannina is deeply passionate about environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which has enabled her to effectively manage multicultural teams and projects.

Giannina holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Guayaquil. She also completed executive education programs in Santiago de Chile and Oxford, focusing on leadership and corporate strategy.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Giannina is an avid pilates fan, dancing flamenco, and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.

MAURIZIO MUNARI

Board Advisor 

Maurizio Munari joined Ringfin as a Board Advisor to support the firm's expertise across the industrial and mobility sectors. With extensive leadership experience in blue-chip manufacturing, technological innovation, and mobility transformation, he provides Ringfin and its clients with strategic counsel on identifying and engaging leaders who drive operational excellence and sustainable growth within Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Family Office investments.

 

Maurizio has held prominent executive and advisory roles with organisations including Stellantis, Elah Dufour, Ilva, and several listed tech companies, where he managed business units, chaired boards, and led transformational initiatives across countries such as Italy, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, South Africa, Morocco and Russia. 

 

His practical acumen spans international expansion, corporate restructuring, and operational improvement within the industrial, automotive, and advanced mobility sectors.

 

Maurizio holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from the University of Turin, an Accelerated Management Programme from Yale School of Management, and has undertaken executive training in Artificial Intelligence at Sciences Po and MIT Sloan. He is fluent in English and French. Beyond professional commitments, Maurizio is passionate about poetry, innovation and the restoration of vintage motorcars.
